Yes. Lidia holds a postgraduate TESOL qualification and a current Australian Working with Children Check (WWCC). She is based in Australia and has taught Chinese learners for years.

Because there is only one teacher, a missed lesson is rescheduled with you — never quietly passed to someone you don't know. We are honest about this: being small means reliability comes from Lidia personally, not a roster of substitutes.

One-to-one, or a tiny group of two to three students who share the same level. Never more than a handful. Smallness is the point — every student speaks in every lesson.

By appointment, usually in the China evening to suit students. Lidia works part-time around caring for our young child, so we keep the intake small and schedule each family thoughtfully.

Pricing is agreed with you in writing before you pay anything, with no hidden fees. The first 30-minute assessment is free. Because every plan is tailored, we quote after we understand your child's level and goal.

We agree the terms with you before you start, including how lessons are paid for. If it isn't the right fit in the early weeks, we talk about it honestly and sort it out fairly. We would rather lose a booking than keep an unhappy family.

Yes. We meet students where they are. The free assessment finds the honest starting level, and the plan is built around the gap to where they need to be — not a fixed course that assumes a level.
