What happens in the first call

A relaxed 20–30 minute conversation, at no cost, so we understand the student before recommending anything.
- Current school year and English level
- Target intake, city and institution
- Exam requirements and deadlines
- A recommended plan — with no pressure to enrol
By appointment. Lidia works part-time around caring for our child, so we schedule across Australian and Chinese time zones — mostly in the China evening.
